Mental health problems don't define who you are!

Mental health is a crucial part of our overall well-being, yet it is often overlooked and misunderstood. Many people, including myself have struggled in silence, facing challenges that feel insurmountable. By bringing awareness to mental health, we can break down the stigma and offer hope to those who need it most.

I'm dedicating my effort to complete a mixture of 3,249 push-ups and squats in 24 days to shine a light on Mental Health! We all know how much of a fitness person I am, so making a donation will give me more motivation to hit my goal! Together we can help others in the daily struggles they face and give them the strength it takes to keep moving forward.
