HOW IT WORKS
DAILY TARGETS AND FACTS
We'll give you daily push-up targets that relate to an important Mental Health Fact. You can track your daily progress and check out the facts on the app.
EVERYONE CAN PARTICIPATE
You don't have to be a push-up pro to participate. Substitute push-ups with sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises. You can also aim for half the push-up target.
Level up your physical and mental health
- 99% of participants said they felt fitter and stronger after completing The Push-Up Challenge.
- 96% said their mood was improved.
Our mission is to push for better health and wellbeing for everyone. Research shows that exercise can improve our mood and physical health, and it’s great to see our push-up community feels the same.

"I’m excited to be a part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and support for mental health. As someone who faces mental health struggles and understands the impacts of trauma, I am passionate about showcasing and sharing with others how to overcome our mental barriers in our daily lives."
