Get fit, have fun and push for better mental health.
The Push-Up Challenge is a free mental health and fitness event focused on pushing for better mental health for all Australians.
In June 2024, more than 218,000 Australians challenged themselves to complete 3,249 push-ups, representing the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022. These legendary participants completed more than 317 million push-ups and have raised an incredible $12.3 million for key mental health services and initiatives in Australia.
