My Mental Health Challenge For Young Men That Think That It's Not Okay To Speak Up An Talk To Someone About Whatever They Are Struggling With At The Point Of Time I Know What It Is Like As I Have Had Mental Health Issues Most Of My Life Have Been In Mental Health Wards A Couple Of Times An JUST WANT TO TELL EVERYONE THAT NO MATTER WHAT PEOPLE SAY ITS NEVER TO LATE OR WEAK TO ASK FOR HELP! It Took Me A Long Time To Learn This An I Think If I Just Put Myself Around People That I know Truly Care About Me An Realised That If People Can't Make A Couple Mins In There Day For You To Have A Talk About Whatever You Are Struggling With At The Point Of Time Then Them People Can't Honestly Care And I Know That It Might Be Hard To See Or Believe Sometimes But Just Know That There Are Still Good People Around That Will Always Make Time For You No Matter What Plus There Are Alot Of 24/7 Help Lines And Other Services That Can Reach Out To For Help Please Just Remember That You Are Never Alone 🙏🙏🙏
