Strap in and hang on, this June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Together lets build a wild team of participants who want give back and sweat it out for a good cause. Let's be the spark and start the conversation in honour of the lives lost to suicide.

The Push‑Up Challenge isn’t just about fitness—it’s a chance for our community to come together and shine a light on mental health. This year, we’re proud to be one of the beneficiaries, helping raise awareness of the impact of suicide across Loddon Mallee.
Every push‑up represents a life lost to suicide. It’s a simple but powerful reminder of why support, connection and open conversations matter so much. The funds raised will help Lifeline Loddon Mallee continue providing 24/7 crisis support, suicide prevention services and local programs that give people a safe place to talk when they need it most.
