In June, our 903 class Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide in 2023 and raise awareness of mental health. Supporting headspace Onkaparinga
headspace Onkaparinga provides early intervention mental health support for 12-25 year olds in the Southern Adelaide area. The team work with young people, their friends, families and communities to destigmatize mental health and increase knowledge of mental wellness. headspace Onkaparinga's beautiful beachside location has recently expanded to provide better support to the Southern Adelaide community, with access to a bulk billed GP, an Alcohol and Other Drug counsellor, Peer Practitioners and other headspace Workers. headspace Onkaparinga is guided by their Youth Reference Group of volunteers who shape every aspect of the centre.
