3,249 push-ups
5-28 June
The Push-Up Challenge is a free mental health and fitness event focused on pushing for better mental health for all Australians.
Participants complete 3,249 push-ups over 24 days, representing the 3,249 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2022.
How it works
PUSH FOR BETTER MENTAL HEALTH
We'll give you daily push-up targets that relate to an important mental health statistic. Track your progress on the app and boost mental health awareness.
GO SOLO OR JOIN A TEAM
Sign up solo or get your crew together - invite your mates, work, school, gym or sports club. The more the merrier. Super recruiters can even create a community.
SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
You don't have to be a push-up pro. Alternatives like sit-ups, squats or tailored exercises are all welcome and you can aim for half the push-up target.
Choose to fundraise and make a difference
Join the push for better and make a difference to mental health services across Australia by choosing to fundraise for our beneficiaries - Lifeline, headspace or The Push for Better Foundation.
Fundraising is optional but it's a great way to show support and get your family and friends on board in the push for better mental health.
