About My Challenge

I’ve experienced firsthand how powerful sport can be for mental health. When I was playing, rugby gave me structure, connection, and a sense of belonging, especially during times when things felt tough off the field. It wasn’t just about the game, it was about having a space where you felt supported, challenged, and part of something bigger.
Now as a coach, that’s something I’m really intentional about creating for others. I want the players I coach to not only develop their skills, but to feel that same sense of support, confidence, and resilience that sport gave me.

That’s why I’m taking on 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

While sport can play a huge role, I’ve also seen that it’s not always enough on its own. Access to proper mental health support is critical, and too many people still don’t have it.

If you’re able to, you can support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page. Every dollar helps fund vital mental health services and initiatives across Australia, creating better outcomes for individuals and communities. 🩷🦄💛🌽
