About My Challenge

The Turners together with other supporting Team Turner members will be taking part in the Push Up Challenge (3-26 June 2026). We’ll be completing heaps of push ups and other exerciseds in memory of our son Tom and to help raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. This year’s challenge is 3,307 push ups. 3,307 is the number of Australians who took their own lives in 2024.

We aim to foster a community which encourages people to talk about their mental health, ask for help and offer support to each other. You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page and/or by offering words of encouragement and/or by starting conversations regarding mental health.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
