Why 3307 Pushups ?
3,307. 🎗️
That’s how many push-ups I’m tackling this June. But more importantly, it represents the 3,307 lives tragically lost to suicide in Australia in 2024.
Every single rep is a reminder of why we need to keep talking about mental health, breaking the stigma, and looking out for one another.
I’m doing this to raise awareness and support vital crisis services like Lifeline and headspace.

Lifeline is a national charity providing Australians who are experiencing emotional distress access to 24-hour crisis support, suicide prevention, mental health, and domestic and family violence prevention services.
