About My Challenge

I'm taking on the challenge of completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health and suicide prevention in Australia.

This challenge is deeply personal. I am doing it in honour of my Uncle Mitchel, who I lost to suicide. His memory is a constant reminder of why mental health support, early intervention, and suicide prevention services are so important.

I am also completing this challenge on behalf of everyone who is currently struggling with their mental health, those who feel alone, and the families and communities who have been impacted by suicide. No one should have to face these challenges without support.

Every donation, no matter the size, helps fund vital mental health services, crisis support programs, and initiatives that work to improve mental health outcomes and prevent suicide across Australia.

If you are able to contribute, I would greatly appreciate your support. Together, we can help create a future where more people receive the help they need and more lives are saved.

Thank you for supporting this cause and helping to make a difference.

Dedicated to: Uncle Mitchel (RIP)
