About Our Challenge

This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 3–26 June to raise awareness for mental health.

Take part by doing as many push-ups (or any form of exercise!) as you can during the Challenge.

Even 2 minutes of exercise can improve mood, focus and physical wellbeing — and research from The University of Melbourne shows The Push-Up Challenge can also help build resilience and social connection.

So get moving and join the UTS Housing residents team to be part of the fun.

And if you’d like to fundraise or donate (tax-deductible) towards Lifeline, that’s great too.
