About My Challenge
I'm sure everyone knows someone who suffers with mental health issues, whether you're aware of it or not.
Whilst the stigma around mental health is getting easier, it's still something people aren't always comfortable talking about. Hopefully the awareness raised through challenges like this can help even just 1 person seek help, whether it's calling friends or family, or reaching out to a professional.
To make it a big challenge, I'm going to double the target and do 6614 push ups across the 24 days.

Supporting Lifeline WA
Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress – impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services – including phone, text, and chat – ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2026, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping Lifeline WA provide life-saving support across our vast state. Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.
