About My Challenge
Thanks for being here! I am taking part in The Push-Up Challenge 2025 during June, fundraising for the mental health charity http://lifeline.org.au by committing to complete the total target of 3214 'push-ups' over 23 days. This target represents the 3,214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023 (the most recent available data).
This is the third year that I've committed to this challenge and it doesn't get any easier - but that's the point!

Supporting Lifeline Geelong VIC
Lifeline Geelong is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Geelong to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
