About My Challenge
Current fitness level: confidently opens jars, occasionally carries multiple grocery bags, and once did a push-up in 2009 (unverified). Upper body strength is… more of a long-term vision.
I’ll be tackling this challenge one questionable push-up at a time — from knees, from a wall, possibly from an emotional support position. Form may be questionable, noises will be real, and progress will be slow… but I’ll get there.
Every rep is for a good cause, and every donation helps keep me accountable (and mildly terrified).
Please support The Push for Better Foundation — and watch me transform from “can’t” to “barely can, but proudly.” 💪
Supporting Lifeline Northern Melbourne VIC
Lifeline Northern Melbourne is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Northern Melbourne to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
