About My Challenge
This year I’m taking part in The Push-Up Challenge alongside the Bindarrah Station and White Dam crew to raise awareness and funds for mental health.
Working in farming and mining communities, we know how important it is to look out for your mates and have honest conversations when things get tough.
The funds we raise will go directly to our local Lifeline service to help provide mental health support within our communities. Any donations would be very much appreciated. 💙
Supporting Lifeline Regional SA & Far West NSW
Lifeline Regional SA & Far West NSW (Formerly Lifeline Broken Hill Country to Coast) is a non-profit, non-government organisation providing suicide prevention services in regional SA and the far west of NSW including Lifeline Connect Centres in Broken Hill NSW, Clare SA, and Port Pirie SA.
Lifeline Connect Centres provides a place to go for help when crisis looms and things get to be too much.
At Lifeline Connect free counselling is available. Funds raised will enable continued free services to support local people at our Lifeline Connect Centres in Broken Hill NSW, Clare SA, and Port Pirie SA.
