About Our Challenge

The Bindarrah Station/White Dam Mining crew are proud to be taking part in The Push-Up Challenge this year to help raise awareness and funds for mental health.

Working in farming and mining, we know how important it is to look out for your mates and have honest conversations when things get tough.

Suicide and mental health challenges have affected far too many people in our communities, and this is our way of showing support, starting conversations, and reminding people that no one has to struggle alone.

Supporting Lifeline Regional SA & Far West NSW

Lifeline Regional SA & Far West NSW (Formerly Lifeline Broken Hill Country to Coast) is a non-profit, non-government organisation providing suicide prevention services in regional SA and the far west of NSW including Lifeline Connect Centres in Broken Hill NSW, Clare SA, and Port Pirie SA.

Lifeline Connect Centres provides a place to go for help when crisis looms and things get to be too much.

At Lifeline Connect free counselling is available. Funds raised will enable continued free services to support local people at our Lifeline Connect Centres in Broken Hill NSW, Clare SA, and Port Pirie SA.
