About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. I do this to honour and in memory of my nephew Caleb Rhys Kriesl. May the funds we raise help people to have one more conversation. To help them gain the tools to ride the waves of life.

Supporting Lifeline Gippsland VIC
Lifeline Gippsland is proud to be taking part once again in this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. This initiative creates a powerful opportunity for our centre to connect with communities across Gippsland and Cardinia. In our highly rural region, where support can often be limited, The Push-Up Challenge helps us spark meaningful conversations and strengthen connections across the area.
Funds raised through this year’s challenge will directly support our team of Crisis Supporters in delivering the vital work of the 13 11 14 network. Your contributions also help us expand our reach through training, community services, and engagement activities throughout Gippsland.
We invite you to join us at Lifeline Gippsland as we push up for ourselves, for others, and for a more connected region.
