Lifeline Gippsland is proud to be taking part once again in this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. This initiative creates a powerful opportunity for our centre to connect with communities across Gippsland and Cardinia. In our highly rural region, where support can often be limited, The Push-Up Challenge helps us spark meaningful conversations and strengthen connections across the area.

Funds raised through this year’s challenge will directly support our team of Crisis Supporters in delivering the vital work of the 13 11 14 network. Your contributions also help us expand our reach through training, community services, and engagement activities throughout Gippsland.
