Klover Clements

Klover’s push-up challenge.

Hi there. My name is Klover, and I’m a 15 year old student. My life was impacted greatly by mental health challenges from the ages of 9-13. My school is participating in the 2026 Push-Up Challenge, which has motivated me to contribute.

I am disabled, and unfortunately my body doesn’t allow me to do push-ups, so I will be completing 3,307 SIT-UPS this June.

Please consider donating (tax-deductable!!!) or if you aren’t in a situation to do so, think about joining the challenge yourself!! Thank you so much, remember that you are so loved ❤️

Supporting Lifeline Geelong VIC

Lifeline Geelong is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.

Funds raised will enable Lifeline Geelong to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
