About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I know the cost of living is impacting us all, so please don't feel pressure to donate, but if you could help share the information i'll be posting that will have a huge impact of heading towards zero suicides.

Funds raised through this year’s Push-Up Challenge will help Lifeline Central West deliver essential services, including our 24/7 Crisis Support Phone, RAPID, training, counselling and community initiatives.
Every dollar raised directly strengthens our ability to be there, 24 hours a day for the people who need us most.

Our mission is to be a beacon of hope and support for individuals and communities during their most challenging moments. We are dedicated to ensuring that no one has to endure these hardships alone.
