About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups (or whatever we've got) between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
We are doing this to honour the 3,304 Australians lost to suicide in 2024.
Some of us will do push-ups
Some of us will do squats
Some of us will do star jumps or
whatever movement we've got in us that day as
EVERY REP COUNTS, EVERY CONVERSATION IS IMPORTANT, EVERY LIFE MATTERS.

Funds raised through this year’s Push-Up Challenge will help Lifeline Central West deliver essential services, including our 24/7 Crisis Support Phone, RAPID, training, counselling and community initiatives.
Every dollar raised directly strengthens our ability to be there, 24 hours a day for the people who need us most.
