About My Challenge
I’m taking on The Push-Up Challenge in my own way: completing 1654 reps over 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Instead of push-ups, I’ll be doing bicep curls with 8 kg dumbbells — one rep at a time, while pushing for better mental health outcomes.
