Team SSW is taking on the Push-Up Challenge
This June, our team at SSW is taking on The Push-Up Challenge, knocking out a heap of push-ups between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
SSW is a software consultancy with developers and consultants across Australia, Europe, China and the US. Working in tech can be tough: tight deadlines, long hours behind a screen, and an always-on culture that takes a real toll on mental wellbeing.
Here's our twist: every time we kick off an AI agent to go do some work, we're dropping and doing push-ups while it runs.
It's a small habit with a big payoff: better physical health, a clearer head, and a bit of fundraising muscle behind a cause that matters.
