About My Challenge
Mental health is something that has affected me more deeply than most people probably realise. And the same would go for many more people - whether that is a friend, relative, colleague or even a stranger we pass on the street. As mental health isn't always visible.
Some days, even getting out of bed can feel heavy, so this challenge is about more than just push-ups for me. It's about showing up, pushing through and supporting others who are fighting battles nobody else can see.
I'm completing 1,654 push-ups in 24 days to help raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
