About My Challenge
Hi, I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
I competed in this challenge last year, and it is an amazing cause that supports thousands of people struggling annually with mental health. As well as staying physically fit, I wanted to support those going through a tough time, as I know people who have gone/ are going through the same. Nobody should have to suffer alone, not when we can all chip in and help. The saddest thing is that there are more pushups than last year, meaning that more people have lost their lives to suicide in 2025.
I encourage everyone to sign up (even if you do half the pushups, or alternate exercises) or show your support by donating to this incredible cause.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
