About Our Challenge
This June, Pittwater House is taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing as many push-ups as we can between 3-26 June to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to our fundraising page or joining our Team to be a part of the fun.

Lifeline Northern Beaches, Mosman to Kirribilli is proud to be one of the beneficiaries of The Push-Up Challenge 2026, helping raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide in our community.
Every push-up. Every conversation. Every dollar raised helps keep our 13 11 14 Crisis Support Service and local suicide prevention programs available for anyone who needs it, helping ensure no one in our community has to face their toughest moments alone.
