About My Challenge
It's that time of year again - I'm doing a mix of 3,307 pushups/squats over June for The Push-Up Challenge - Australia, raising funds and awareness around mental health, early intervention and support services.
This is my 5th year raising funds for Lifeline Tasmania and would like to shine a light on their Tasmanian-focused and based, telephone support service - A Tasmanian Lifeline (ATL) - https://atasmanianlifeline.com.au/
This line is for any Tasmanian feeling isolated, stressed, alone and needing to talk, 8am-8pm, 7 days a week.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
Supporting Lifeline Tasmania
Lifeline Tasmania is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Tasmania and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Tasmania to continue to support the local community through its suicide prevention services and ensure any Tasmanian who needs support knows where and how to find it.
