In June, our Community is taking part in The Push-Up Challenge. We are going to help shine the spotlight on the number of lives lost to suicide each year and raise awareness of mental health. You can create a Team in this Community, join a Team or support someone who is taking part. Help us push for better mental health.
Every push-up tells a story.
3,307 push-ups represent the number of lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2024. Behind each number is a person, a family, and a community.
From June 3 to 26, you can help turn awareness into action.
Join Lifeline Tasmania’s team, raise funds, and help ensure more calls are answered and more people receive support when they need it most.
Supporting Lifeline Tasmania
Lifeline Tasmania is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline Tasmania and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Tasmania to continue to support the local community through its suicide prevention services and ensure any Tasmanian who needs support knows where and how to find it.
