About My Challenge
I’m raising funds and awareness for mental health in Australia through the Push For Better Foundation.
Mental health challenges affect millions of Australians every year, and the impacts can be devastating. This is especially true in industries like mining, where the pressures of isolation, shift work, and physical demands take a serious toll.
The Black Dog is all too common — but too often, it goes unspoken.
That’s why I’m taking on the challenge of completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and much-needed funds for mental health. Joining me on this journey will be my close mates Kim, Riley and Will.
You can show your support by making a tax-deductible donation to my page.
Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes by funding crucial services and initiatives across Australia.

Lifeline WA & The Push-Up Challenge: Supporting Mental Health Across WA
Western Australia is vast, covering nearly one-third of the country, with remote communities, resource sector workers, and FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out) employees facing unique mental health challenges.
At least one-third of FIFO workers experience high levels of burnout and psychological distress—impacting not only individuals but also their families and their community. The isolation, high-pressure environments, and extended shifts can take a toll on mental wellbeing.
Thanks to The Push-Up Challenge, funds raised will support Lifeline WA’s critical 24/7/365 crisis services—including phone, text, and chat—ensuring that no one has to face their darkest moments alone. In 2025, our goal is to be the person ready to have a conversation that helps someone feel heard, supported, and understood.
By taking part in The Push-Up Challenge, you’re helping Lifeline WA provide life-saving support across our vast state. Every push-up counts. Every conversation matters.
