About Our Challenge
This June, we're taking on The Push-Up Challenge and completing a heap of push-ups between 4-26 June, 2025 to raise funds and awareness for mental health.
Mental illness and mental health in general is a massive problem within the mining industry in Australia, especially for FIFO workers. This is caused by a multitude of factors including long working hours, physically demanding work, and the physically and emotionally isolating nature of FIFO work. As a group of young men who are beginning our careers within the mining industry, we are hoping to spread awareness and help break the stigma around mental health in this industry, and encourage more men and women within the industry that it's important to speak up when you aren't feeling right.
So join us as the Square Bear team become the black dog's 'mare, by donating or helping us raise awareness, Cheers.
