About My Challenge
I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
The number 3,307 represents the lives lost to suicide in Australia in a single year. Behind every statistic is a person, a family, a group of friends, and a story that mattered.
Mental health struggles often aren't visible. Many people around us may be carrying burdens we know nothing about, which is why checking in, listening, and supporting one another is so important.
Through this challenge, I hope to start conversations, raise awareness, and contribute to organisations that provide vital mental health services and support to those who need it most.

Supporting Lifeline Melbourne VIC
Once again Lifeline Melbourne is proud to be part of The Push-Up Challenge, raising awareness for mental health and the impact of suicide in our communities.
Our dedicated volunteers answer over 30,000 calls to Lifeline’s 13 11 14 crisis line each year—providing vital support to people in their darkest moments. Funds raised through The Push-Up Challenge will help us train more Crisis Supporters and expand our education and training programs, giving individuals the skills to recognise and respond to those in crisis—whether that’s a friend, family member, workmate, colleague and anyone across the community.
Lifeline Melbourne has been part of the community providing vital support for over 55 years, and we’re committed to being here for generations to come.
