About Me and my Challenge
Hey, my name is Chris and I'm 17 years old. I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia. A little bit about myself, I love the outdoors, footy UP THE BLUES! Music, and most importantly spending time with my mates and family. My motivations to complete this challenge is to push myself to complete the 3307 push ups and raise awareness for mental health since it is such a significant issue affecting many young Australians everyday.
These push ups are dedicated to my friends and family especially my brother Liam, he's been through his struggles and so has everyone else, through this battle Liam found his way and is now in the Navy. He has become an inspiration to me, as no matter what he went through he came out ontop and has become such a kind person and a bright light to the people around him. Love you Liam!

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
