About Our Challenge and about Us
We’re TSB, a group of 10 mates who love the outdoors and are taking on the 3307 Push-Up Challenge from June 3rd–26th to raise funds and awareness for mental health across Australia. Whether we’re camping, hiking or just spending time outside together, we know how important mateship, connection and looking after your mental health can be. Over the 24 days, we’ll be pushing ourselves to complete 3307 push-ups while raising money for headspace and helping start more conversations around mental health. Every donation helps support young Australians getting access to the support they need, and we’re proud to be taking on the challenge together as TSB.

Supporting headspace
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services for 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 175 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
