Fundraising for Mental Health
Why I'm Taking on the Push-Up Challenge
In 2019, I lost my brother Ryan to suicide. His passing left a profound impact on my life, and I struggled to find a way to cope with the overwhelming grief and pain. Through this journey, I discovered the power of fitness as a tool for mental health. Exercise became my outlet, helping me manage my emotions and find strength in the face of adversity.
The push-up challenge is more than just a physical test for me; it's a tribute to Ryan and a commitment to raising awareness about mental health. By participating, I hope to honor his memory and encourage others to seek support and find healthy ways to cope with their struggles. Together, we can break the stigma and show that it's okay to ask for help.
Supporting Lifeline Geelong VIC

Lifeline Geelong is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Geelong to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
