At VITG, we believe in the profound connection between physical fitness and mental well-being. Our team is taking on the push-up challenge to highlight the importance of staying active for a healthier mind.
We understand that mental health is a crucial aspect of overall wellness, and through this challenge, we aim to promote the benefits of fitness in managing stress, boosting mood, and fostering resilience. By participating together, we hope to inspire others to prioritize their mental health and embrace the positive impact of regular exercise.

Supporting Lifeline Geelong VIC
Lifeline Geelong is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline Geelong to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
