I’m completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

The number 3,307 represents the Australians lost to suicide in a single year — an average of 9 Australians every day.

Every dollar helps push for better mental health outcomes across Australia by funding vital mental health services, programs and initiatives. Suicide remains the leading cause of death for Australians aged 15–44.
