Josh was 19 years old when we lost him. He was a son, a mate, a constant presence in the lives of everyone lucky enough to know him.
We're doing push-ups to raise money for suicide awareness and mental health support, because no young person should ever feel like they can't pick up the phone and talk to someone they trust. Not their parents. Not a counsellor. Not their mates.
Every dollar raised goes toward making sure someone out there gets the help they need before it's too late. Push with us. Give what you can. And if you're struggling — please, talk to someone.
