About My Challenge

In 2009, as I celebrated my 20th birthday, my best friend, Lucy, took her own life. I miss her dearly but I am so thankful for memories, laughs & adventures we got to share together. 16 years later, I am doing this challenge in her memory.

This year, I’m completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

You can show your support by sharing this post, joining the challenge or making a tax-deductible donation to my page.

Mental health isn’t always an easy conversation; but it is always an important one.

Supporting Lifeline Albury Wodonga NSW

Lifeline Albury Wodonga is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
