My Challenge

I’m taking on 3,214 push-ups in 23 days — one for every life lost to suicide in Australia in 2024. he floor and I are becoming very close friends this month.

I’m part of the Merewether High Year 11 team, and we’re pushing through to raise awareness and funds for mental health — a cause that has always mattered to me, and I hope make an impact in. 2 in 5 Australians aged 16–85 years have experienced a mental disorder at some time in their life, please help me make a difference, one push-up at a time.

I’m raising money for headspace, and every donation goes toward improving mental health services and outcomes across the country. Bonus: every donation is tax-deductible.

If I survive this, I’m treating myself to extra snacks. For recovery purposes, obviously.

Supporting headspace National

headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.

Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.

The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
