About Our Challenge
This June, we aim to get as many Limestone Coast Emergency Services taking part in The Push-Up Challenge to help shine a spotlight on mental health and the number of lives lost to suicide each year.
Emergency service personnel across the Limestone Coast regularly face high‑pressure situations, trauma, and long‑lasting impacts that extend well beyond the emergency scene. By taking on this challenge together, we’re starting important conversations and raising awareness about mental health across our services, our families, and the wider community.
You can create a team within the Limestone Coast Emergency Services community, join an existing team, or show your support by donating to someone taking part.
Every push-up helps. Let’s stand together and push for better mental health — for our emergency responders, their colleagues, and the community we proudly serve.
Supporting Lifeline South East SA
Lifeline South East is one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of suicide on Australians.
Funds raised will enable Lifeline to continue providing their critical 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services, answer more help seeker contacts, and ensure any person in Australia who needs support knows where and how to find it.
