About My Challenge
I'm a high school teacher in an unique environment where those I teach are significantly affected by mental health. So this challenge is something close to my heart.
To raise awareness of mental health, I'm completing 3,214 push-ups in 23 days.

Supporting headspace Maitland
At headspace Maitland, we support young people aged 12 - 25 in our community. Young people can access mental health support, a GP at our centre, and online work and study support. Donations made to headspace Maitland will help us reach even more young people in our area and run more events like our social groups.
