WE WANT YOU ON OUR TEAM.
What do footy, trust falls and The Push-Up Challenge have in common? They’re all better when we team up.
It’s a fact: Push-upperers who participate as part of a Team are more likely to finish the Challenge and raise more funds than those who go solo.
If you’re not on a Team yet, we’d be stoked to have you on one of ours! You'll get tips and encouragement to keep you motivated and be part of achieving a big team goal.

CHOOSE YOUR TEAM
Everyone pushes for different reasons. We’ve created three Teams (each led by someone at Push-Up HQ) so you can push with a like-minded crew and hear from the Team Captain who's most motivating for you.
Who will you choose?
MIND, BODY & PUSH-UPS
Team Captain: Corey - Content Guru, Bike Bar Coach & Personal Trainer
Team motto: Here to build stronger bodies and minds by putting in the work, one push at a time.
Top tip for the Challenge: Don’t overthink it—just start! Showing up each day is what counts, and once you get going it’ll seem less daunting.
Favourite mental fitness activity: Getting on the early morning grind – whether it’s for a sauna sesh, a solid workout, or some reflective me-time time. It’s about starting the day with intention.
Reason for pushing: We all deal with mental health challenges from time-to-time. This Challenge is a way to improve our mental fitness so we’re better prepared for challenges that come our way, raise some funds for those who are struggling, and remind ourselves that we’re not alone in the tough stuff.
BIG PUSH ENERGY
Team Captain: Julia - Digital Marketing Extraordinaire & Amateur Volleyball Enthusiast
Team motto: Progress, not perfection ✨
Top tip for the Challenge: Have some fun with it! Break the daily targets down into sets throughout the day and celebrate each little milestone.
Favourite mental fitness activity: Moving with mates – anytime, anywhere!
Reason for participating: This Challenge isn’t about being the strongest or raising the most, it’s about coming together, putting in the effort, and remembering that every little bit adds up to something big when we all push together – whether it’s raising funds, doing something to improve our own health or spreading the word by sharing the Mental Health Facts (hopefully all three).

PUSH FOR LIFE

Team Captain: Justin -Tech Wizard & Pickleball Extraordinaire
Team motto: Our push has the power to change minds and save lives.
Top tip for the Challenge: When your arms are shaking and you’re wondering why you signed up for this, dig deep and remember your ‘why’. Every push-up is a tribute to a life lost to suicide and a push towards a brighter future.
Favourite mental fitness activity: A morning ocean dip – nothing like salty water and the early sun to set the tone for the day ahead.
Reason for pushing: We’re doing this for the 3,214 lives lost to suicide in Australia in 2023 – and for the countless others who are struggling in silence or carrying the weight of losing someone to suicide. This number isn’t just a stat – it’s a wake-up call, and we’re answering it with every push.
