Team motto: Progress, not perfection ✨
Top tip for the Challenge: Have some fun with it! Break the daily targets down into sets throughout the day and celebrate each little milestone.
Favourite mental fitness activity: Moving with mates – anytime, anywhere!
Reason for participating: This Challenge isn’t about being the strongest
or raising the most… It’s about coming together, putting in the effort, and
remembering that every little bit adds up to something big when we all push
together – whether it’s raising funds, doing something to improve our own
health or spreading the word by sharing the Mental Health Facts (hopefully all
three).
Supporting headspace National
headspace is Australia’s National Youth Mental Health Foundation, providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds.
Each year, headspace helps thousands of young people access vital support through our headspace centres in over 157 communities across Australia, our online and phone counselling services, our vocational services, and our presence in schools.
The support headspace receives from the community helps us achieve our vision - that all young Australians are supported to be mentally healthy and engaged in their communities.
