About My Challenge

I'm on a mission to push for better mental health, one push-up at a time. My profile picture is a photo of my younger self as a reminder of the little girl I want to protect, the one who's been through a lot, and the one who inspires me to keep pushing forward.

I've battled with my mental health, and I know firsthand how tough it can be on yourself and relationships around you. Seeing loved ones struggle also fueles my desire to push for a stronger supportive space where everyone feels safe and wanted. This isn't just about me pushing my noodle arms to complete 3,214 push-ups in 23 days; it's about all of us striving for stronger awareness and support for one another. Let's lift each other up and keep pushing for brighter days.
