Hello, my name is Zahin and I'm a Palmerston based medical student pushing for change!
Having overcome my own journey with mental health, I've learnt firsthand just how important it is that young people have access to professional support.
Unfortunately, parts of regional Australia like the Northern Territory often suffer from severe structural and funding gaps that leaves countless young people alone, and vulnerable.
That's why I am dedicating all funds raised to Headspace Palmerston, because no young person should have to fight alone. You can help us improve access to regional mental health support by donating!

Supporting headspace Palmerston
headspace Palmerston is a youth mental health service for young people aged 12 to 25, focusing on the early intervention of mental health problems. The service also provides support around physical health, alcohol and other drugs and work and study.
