About My Challenge

I'm Ysobel, and I'm really into planking!

I will be completing 3,307 planks in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
This is instead of push-ups due to a severe wrist injury, leaving me unable to do push-ups anymore. 

Everyone has either faced a mental health issue or known someone who has in their life. Exercise is a key part of pushing one's self to feel better, but it takes a lot of effort to sometimes get there. By doing the full challenge again this year, not only am I taking the push to do that exercise that's so hard to do, but I want to show others that they can make a small change in their daily habits too.
