I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.
Most of you know me and atleast some of my story. I been fighting the family court system for over 7 years now, so ive seen a lot of families going threw it and I'm a big believer that the system plays a massive part in the mental health epidemic this country is seeing right now.
From the thousands of middleaged men committing suicide every year to the damage done to the kids being dragged through it and feeling lost and abandoned.
As I seem to be doing a lot of jumping up and down trying to get something done about my childrens situation with no success. I started this challenge last year as a way to try make a difference, try to help people suffering with mental health issues and try to keep myself busy instead of driving myself nuts thinking about the struggles of family court.
The way i see it if I can save one child one parent from going through any wat my family has been through then it was every pushup!
