About My Challenge

After a year off, I've decided to rejoin the Push Up Challenge. Any work is good work when it's about mental health and suicide, something that I've had far too much personal experience with after losing my sister in 2023 and brother in 2025 to suicide. I don't want anyone to go through what me and my family have been through.

I'm completing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

Every dollar helps #pushforbetter mental health outcomes in Australia by funding much-needed mental health services and initiatives.
