About My Challenge
This year, I’m once again taking part in the Push-Up Challenge, and I’m proud to be leading my school as a Student Ambassador for the event.
My mission is to raise as much awareness as possible about mental health, while encouraging people to stay active and honouring the lives lost to suicide each year.
As part of the challenge, I’m also aiming to raise funds for the Push for Better Foundation, which helps educate and connect people to have important conversations about mental health across Australia.
